- Captivating presentation of our Clientķs strategy

3) Qualification, validation, the correct competence between the Clientės strategy and candidate :

- To qualify, the candidate will need to pass minimum of two interviews
- The right aptitude between the Client and candidate
- A ėgraphologicalķ analysis is practised

4) CDSP Consultancy :
|
|
- Navigate and provide continual support, aiding the candidate throughout the decision process
- Assist the Client to effectively make a judicious decision
- Participate during the first meeting between the Client and candidate

|
|
5) CDSP Follow-up :
|
|
- Meeting with the candidate after two and nine months
- Entretien après neuf mois
- Continual assessment regarding our efficiency of the process
